Show Builder retains the right to use the content provided by clients for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to, featuring it on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. However, we will not use the content for any purpose other than promoting our services, and we will not sell or distribute the content provided by clients to third parties without their explicit consent.

4. Payment and Refund Policy 

Clients are required to pay the agreed-upon fees for our services before the work begins. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if the client fails to make timely payments. Refunds are not provided unless there is a breach of these terms and conditions or a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services.

5. Client Responsibilities 

The client must provide all necessary information and materials required for the completion of the services. Failure to do so may result in a delay in delivery. The client is responsible for reviewing all content provided by Show Builder and notifying us of any necessary changes or revisions within three business days. After this period, the client will be deemed to have accepted the content.

6. Intellectual Property 

All content created by Show Builder, including but not limited to, written materials, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Show Builder and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. The client agrees not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. Termination 

Show Builder may terminate the provision of services at any time for any reason without notice. In such a case, any fees paid by the client for services not yet rendered will be refunded.

8. Liability 

The services provided by Show Builder are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that our services will be free from errors or interruptions. Show Builder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of CA without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising from the use of our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Roseville, CA.
